People
You will meet a lead before work starts. Specialists join for the chapters they own — kitchens, floors, color, exteriors — and they share one scope.
Chief of Projects
Marcus opens every project with a walk-through and a written scope. He keeps the sequence honest when a wall or a delivery changes the week.
Lead Interior Designer
Elena turns weekday habits into layouts: where bags land, where the dog sleeps, which window you actually sit beside.
Master Carpenter
Jonah builds shelves, repairs stairs, and scribes trim to plaster that left square a long time ago.
Kitchen Specialist
Priya plans cabinets around the pots you own and will not let an island steal the path to the sink.
Flooring Lead
Andre reads subfloors before a sample is loved too much, then sets transitions that do not catch a toe.
Color & Finish Director
Camille tests paint in the real light of the room and chooses sheens a household can wash.
Exterior & Outdoor Lead
Theo repairs porches, decks, and trim, and he schedules exterior coats around weather instead of wishful dates.
Client Experience Lead
Nora is the voice on scheduling, selections, and the questions that arrive the week after we leave.
How we staff a job
Large rooms still get a small point of contact. Marcus or another project lead remains the person who explains changes. Specialists are not strangers who appear without an introduction.
If your project is a single paint package, you may only meet Camille and a painting pair. If it is a kitchen, Priya, the electrical specialist, and the finish carpenter will be on the written plan before demolition. Nora keeps the selection list and the calendar in the same place so you are not retelling the story to a new voice each week.
