1. Introduction
This privacy policy explains how Panama City Builders thinks about personal information in connection with the website panamacitywebbuilders.com and with email you choose to send us. We remodel kitchens, baths, and other parts of a home. We are not a data company, and this policy is written so you can see exactly how little the website itself collects.
Please read it before you use a form. If you do not agree, do not submit information. You can still read every page. Questions can go to hello@panamacitywebbuilders.com.
This policy was last updated on 12 October 2026. If we change it, the new text will appear on this page with a new date. A change does not rewrite a project agreement you already accepted, except where the change is required by law.
2. Who this policy is about
This policy applies to visitors, to people who email the studio, to households that ask about a project, and to readers who ask to receive or stop studio notes. It does not describe the employment records of our crew.
“Personal information” means information that identifies you or could reasonably be linked to you, such as your name, email address, and the story of your rooms if that story is tied to your name. A general sentence on a public page that does not name you is not your personal information.
We do not ask children to use the forms. Our work is arranged with adults. If you believe a child sent us a note, email us and we will delete the email from our mailbox.
3. A clear statement about website forms
The contact form, the footer note form, the subscribe form, and the unsubscribe form are checked entirely in your browser. They confirm that required fields are present and that an email address is shaped like an email address. When the check passes, the page shows a thank-you message on your screen.
Those forms do not transmit entries to a Panama City Builders server, because this website is static and does not run a form inbox. Nothing you type is stored by us through the act of pressing the button. If you refresh the page, the fields clear. Your own browser may keep autofill data under your browser’s settings, which you control.
Because the form does not reach us, the on-screen message is not itself proof that a person has your note. If you want a representative to read about your project, email hello@panamacitywebbuilders.com. That email is the channel we actually monitor. Please do not put financial account numbers, payment card numbers, or government identification numbers in any form or email.
4. Information you may send by email
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include: your name, email address, a description of rooms, photographs, preferred timing, and questions about price. We use that information to answer you, to decide whether we can help, to prepare a proposal, and to carry out a project if you accept one.
Please send only what the conversation needs. A wide shot of a kitchen is useful. A picture that shows personal papers, keys, or a computer screen is not. You can cover those items before you photograph.
If you email from a work address or a shared family inbox, remember that other people may see the thread under the rules of that inbox. We reply to the address you used unless you ask us to use another.
5. Project information once work is underway
A proposal and a project record may include room sizes, product choices, a schedule, and the names of adults who can approve a change. We keep those notes so the lead, the carpenter, and the painter are building the same scope.
We share project details with specialists who need them: for example, a cabinet maker may receive measurements and a finish sample, and an electrician may receive a lighting plan. They are asked to use the information for your project only.
We do not need your payment card on this website. If a proposal later describes a bank transfer or another payment method, that instruction will be in the proposal or a known email thread, not in a surprise message.
6. Information we do not want
Do not send us government identification numbers, full financial account numbers, or health records. A home improvement scope does not require them. If a message arrives with that kind of detail by accident, email us so we can delete the attachment from the mailbox we use.
We do not knowingly collect precise location tracking from your device. The site does not ask for GPS permission. Describing your home in words is your choice, and you can keep the description general until you are ready for a visit.
We do not buy lists of homeowners, and we do not ask other sites to build a profile of you for us.
7. Studio notes
Studio notes are occasional letters about planning a remodel, choosing paint, and living with new floors. You can ask for them by emailing hello@panamacitywebbuilders.com with the subject Subscribe. Include the email address that should receive notes.
The subscribe page on this site lets you review topics and check that your address looks valid. As explained above, the page confirms locally. The email request is what puts you on a list a person maintains.
You may stop notes at any time by emailing the same address with the subject Unsubscribe. A one-line request is enough. You do not have to explain yourself, though the unsubscribe page offers an optional reason if you want to help us write better notes. Optional reasons sent only through the on-page form stay on your device unless you also email them.
8. Cookies and similar storage
This static website does not set its own tracking cookies and does not run an advertising pixel. We do not use the site to follow you across other websites.
The pages may request fonts from a Google font service so the design can use Montserrat and Open Sans. When your browser requests those fonts, that service receives standard technical information such as an IP address, which it handles under its own policy. If you block third-party requests, the site still works with your device’s fallback fonts.
Share icons point to Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or your email program. Nothing is sent to those companies by merely loading our footer. A transfer happens if you click and continue on their site. Their policies then apply.
Your browser may store this site in its cache so pages open faster. That storage is under your control in the browser settings.
9. How long we keep email
We keep project emails for as long as we need them to answer you, to document a scope, to handle a question after handover, and to meet any record we are required to hold. Care notes and scopes are part of remembering what was agreed, which protects both the household and the crew.
Mailbox housekeeping happens on a reasonable cycle. Messages that are spam or that advertise unrelated services may be deleted when we see them. If you want a particular attachment removed and there is no active project reason to keep it, ask us.
Studio-note addresses are kept until you ask us to stop, and then removed from the list we use for mailings. A backup of an old mailbox may linger for a short technical period before it ages out.
10. Who we share information with
We share project information with the specialists and suppliers who are performing or pricing your work, and only as needed for that role. We may share information if the law requires it, or if we need to protect people from harm, or to respond to a valid legal request.
If we use a company to host the website or to send studio notes, that company may process technical logs or mailing addresses on our instructions. Hosting logs, if the host keeps them, can include IP addresses and the pages requested. We use hosting to publish the site, not to build marketing profiles.
We do not sell personal information. We do not trade email addresses with other remodelers.
A photograph of a finished room may be published without your name. If a caption would identify you, we ask first.
11. Security
No method of email is perfectly private. Messages travel through providers you and we do not fully control. Use a subject line that does not embarrass you if it is previewed on a lock screen, and avoid attaching documents that contain account numbers.
We limit project notes to people who are working on the job. Shared inboxes are still read by the leads who need them. Tell us if a particular detail should stay with one named person.
The website’s forms reduce accidental empty messages by checking fields locally. That check is not a security product and not a backup of your words. Keep your own copy of anything important you email.
12. Your choices
You may ask what project emails we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete a note that we do not need for an active scope or a legal reason. Write to hello@panamacitywebbuilders.com from the address you used before, so we can be confident the request is yours.
You may stop studio notes as described above. You may also decide not to share photographs. A proposal can proceed from measurements we take ourselves if you would rather not send pictures in advance.
You can control fonts and cache in your browser. You can choose not to click share links. Those choices do not affect the quality of a future project conversation.
If you believe we have handled email carelessly, write to us first and tell us what happened. We will look into a specific complaint. You may also have the right to raise the matter with a privacy authority where you live. This policy does not name a single country, because households write to us from more than one place, and we do not use this page to claim a headquarters.
13. Other websites
Links and share buttons leave our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of social networks, suppliers you research on your own, or a font host. Read their policies before you create an account or upload a photo of your home to them.
If we embed nothing but a link, we do not receive a report of what you do after you leave, beyond what a host’s ordinary logs might show about the click leaving our page.
14. Children
The site is written for adults planning a home. We do not aim it at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Please do not ask a child to fill in a form or to email photographs of the house on your behalf.
15. International readers
The site can be read from many places. If you email us, your message may be handled in the place where the person who reads the studio inbox is working that day. We do not publish a street address, and we do not describe the studio as based in any particular country on this website.
Where the law that applies to you requires a particular phrase or a particular right, we will honor that right. Ask us if you need a copy of your project notes in a portable form, such as the email thread and the proposal we already sent.
16. Changes to this policy
We will post changes on this page. If a change materially affects how we use email you already sent, we will also mention it in a studio note or a project email when we have your address and the change is more than a clarification.
The forms’ local behavior is part of this policy. If a future version of the site begins to deliver form entries to an inbox automatically, this page will say so before that version replaces the current one, and the form itself will say that the note will be emailed to the studio.
17. How to contact us about privacy
Email hello@panamacitywebbuilders.com with the subject Privacy. Describe the page or the message you are asking about. We do not provide a telephone number or a postal address for privacy requests on this website.
Please allow a reasonable time for a reply on a studio day. If your request is about an active project, include the name the proposal uses so we open the right thread.
Thank you for trusting us with the story of your house. We would rather have a short, careful email than a pile of documents we do not need.
