A few answers
Do you publish a phone number or street address?
No. Project conversations happen by email and, when a scope is underway, on visits we schedule with you. Please do not send payment card numbers or government identification by email.
What happens after I write?
A project lead replies with a few clarifying questions or a time for a walk-through. You are not booked until a scope is written and you accept it.
Can I ask about one small repair?
Yes. A latch, a soft porch board, or a single room of paint is a complete project if the scope is clear.
